Bianca Hill Consulting partners with organizations to design people strategies that drive results — and delivers the HR policies, training, and compliance frameworks to make them real.
Start a ConversationBianca Hill is a seasoned HR leader with over 15 years of experience spanning workplace investigations, EEO compliance, people strategy, and leadership development across highly regulated, complex organizations — including national laboratories, major law firms, and large corporate environments.
Her career has been defined by a rare combination: deep legal and compliance fluency paired with strategic HR leadership. She has conducted and led over 400 workplace investigations involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation; drafted 200+ position statements for federal and state agencies including the EEOC; and advised executives on high-risk employee relations matters where the stakes demanded both precision and sound judgment.
At the strategic level, Bianca has led workforce planning, executive succession planning, talent strategy, and performance management for organizations of 14,000+ employees — including the design and change management of a ratingless performance system that redefined how a major institution thinks about employee development. She has built and led high-performing HR teams, coached senior leaders, and served as a trusted strategic partner to executive management.
Her training and facilitation background is equally strong — having delivered 100+ training programs to employees and leadership on EEO compliance, anti-harassment, inclusive leadership, and workplace conduct, tailored to real organizational risk and workforce needs.
A competitive national leadership fellowship deepened Bianca's systems-level view of organizations, policy, and people — sharpening how she thinks about leadership, institutional change, and the conditions that allow people to do their best work. That perspective shapes every client engagement. Based in Albuquerque, NM and available virtually to organizations nationwide.
